Water
Water damage can occur many ways. Whether it is from a broken sump pump malfunction, extreme rain, a broken pipe, or a leak that has gone unnoticed for a little too long, Elite Cleaning & Restoration is prepared for the job. If there is a significant amount of standing water, we have special pumps that can be used. Once all of the wet content is removed, we provide industrial strength dehumidifiers as well as high powered air movers. These machines speed up the drying process and allow as much of the area to be preserved as possible.
Sewage
Sewage damage is a highly dangerous situation and must be addressed immediately. We come equipped the Butler System, which is a high powered vacuum driven by the trucks engine. The Butler System will extract all of the contaminant into a waste tank built into the truck. Once the area has been properly cleaned and sanitized we apply both topical and airborne deodorizing agents.
Mold
Mold is very hazardous and can be very tricky, as it is often smelt before it is seen. Our technicians come equipped with state of the art moisture detectors, allowing mold to be discovered that may not be visible to the naked eye. Once mold is discovered it is removed, the area is treated, and air scrubbing machines are set up.
